Since beginning her real estate career in 2001, Lisa has established herself as a leasing expert in New York City, specializing in the commercial and retail sectors. As Vice President of Leasing, she oversees negotiations and due diligence at Weinberg Properties, along with site analysis and evaluation. With a superior eye for design, Lisa collaborates closely with the design team in the architectural and interior design processes in addition to having her brokerage license.
Before joining Weinberg Properties in 2006, Lisa worked at GVA Williams Real Estate Co. and Robert K. Futterman & Associates. At GVA Williams, she focused on corporate services for the Interpublic Group of Companies, Prudential Financial, and JP Morgan Chase and also facilitated regional expansions for national retail clients, such as Chico’s and Cingular Wireless.
Lisa has served as a vice president for the Women’s Division of the New York chapter at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and was a member of the Young Professionals Executive Committee at The Children’s Hearing Institute. She is a member of The Young Men’s and Woman’s Real Estate Association of New York and the UJA Real Estate Division. She graduated from Ithaca College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
