Lisa Thomas is the Broker in Charge of the Blanq Real Estate Triangle office. Lisa possesses a varied background of achievement and extensive knowledge in real estate, with 30 years of experience in various aspects of the real estate industry;- specializing in Tenant Advisory Services to both portfolio and local clients, as well as Landlord Representation, Commercial Property Management, Development, and Acquisition/Disposition.
Lisa holds an active broker’s license in both North and South Carolina and is also a “Certified International Property Specialist”, with a concentration in International real estate; and won a Platinum Award at the National level for her services to the Industry focus on International Real Estate.
At the State level, Lisa was awarded a position on the 2019 Leadership Academy for NC Realtors for the Association of Realtors for the State of North Carolina. She has also served on several additional committees at the NC Realtors – State level: to include currently holding a seat on the esteemed Economic Development Committee.
Lisa is a Greensboro, North Carolina native and a long-time Raleigh resident, who brings a vast understanding and network from within both the Triangle and Triad communities.
