Lisa McCoy joined Unique Properties in October 2013 and currently is responsible for giving transactional support to approximately 14 Commercial Real Estate Brokers for Industrial, Retail, Office and Land property types within the greater Denver metro area.
Currently, Lisa’s responsibilities include by are not limited to: designing brochures, marketing the properties on a variety of property marketing websites, preparing contracts, and maintaining an organized work flow for the brokers she provides support to. Lisa provides unmatched services to clients and her brokers with a ready and willing attitude matched with an experienced industry skill set that make her a valuable part of the team.
Prior to joining Unique Properties, Lisa worked at CBRE, Inc. for over 13 years as a Client Services Coordinator. She assisted approximately 9 Commercial Real Estate Brokers in the Industrial specialty division. Prior to CBRE, Inc., Lisa worked at Sullivan Hayes Brokerage for 10 years, and Lincoln Property Company for 5 years.
