As the leader of our property management teams in the West Territory, Lisa plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and care to our buildings and healthcare tenants. She collaborates seamlessly with her counterpart in the East Territory, steering strategies that maximize property value and align with our investment objectives. Since joining Lillibridge in 2015, Lisa's commitment to tenant satisfaction and operational excellence has been instrumental in our success.
Prior to joining Lillibridge, Lisa spent nine years as VP of Operations at Arden Realty, a fully-owned subsidiary of GE Real Estate. She managed a Chicago equity portfolio with over 4.2 million sq. ft. of Class A commercial space. Lisa's impressive career began in 1992 at Equity Office Properties Trust, where she rose to the position of Managing Director, overseeing a CBD office portfolio of more than 7 million sq. ft.
Lisa earned her BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida. She is an Illinois Real Estate Broker and a member of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), where she has an RPA Designation.
