As Broker/owner of Real Estate Ink located in Historic Downtown Melbourne, I lead a team of 4 sales associate, 1 broker associate and 1 business development manager. I’ve been an investor in the local area since 2001 and own several rental properties myself. I’ve seen Brevard through the severe up and the down market cycles and have a true appreciation of the local area from a listing/buying/selling perspective for both primary and investment sales including vacation rentals and second homes.<br /><br />How am I different from other real estate agents? <br />I really listen to you. All our customer want to buy and sell but the reasons, life strategies, goals, etc…vary with each individual customer. I’ve been licensed since 2008 and I’ve been investing since 2001.
