Lisa Hayes-Burt currently serves as Vice President of FIMC Commercial Realty, Inc. where she is responsible for brokerage, leasing and management supervision of both commercial and multi-family properties. She has more than fifteen years of experience in dealing extensively with all types of income producing real estate.
A licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas, Lisa is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute as well as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management. In addition, she holds a Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Property Manager Certification and National Apartment AssociationCertified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) Certification.
She has successfully administered numerous large capital expenditure budgets and overseen extensive refurbishment projects. She has also had extensive experience leasing office, retail and industrial properties and kept those properties above the average occupancy. Lisa has worked with national tenants as well as regional and local tenants and has represented both Landlords and Tenants in multiple transactions.
Lisa holds a BA in Speech Communications and MA in Communication, with an emphasis in business and organizational communication from West Texas A&M University. She is a Past President of The Apartment Association of the Panhandle. She previously served as Vice President at Large and is presently a member of the Texas Apartment Association Board of Directors. She remains actively involved in the National Apartment Association, The International Council of Shopping Centers, IREM and CCIM Institute.
