Bio
In her 20 plus years in the real estate business, Lisa has marketed, sold and leased a broad spectrum of properties in Long Island, the Hamptons, Manhattan and New Jersey. As an owner of residential, commercial and industrial real estate in New York and New Jersey, she brings clients a keen knowledge of acquisition as well as expertise in property management.
Lisa is both an astute investor and a dedicated client advocate who knows the markets and understands the trends. Her philosophy is to make every customer a customer for life by helping people achieve their unique goals and providing exemplary service throughout the entire transaction. After falling in love with the North Fork as a summer resident, Lisa moved to Orient full time in 2004. She first distinguished herself as a top producer at what was then a new East Hampton real estate firm building a luxury rental business. Lisa knows every nook and cranny from Southold to Orient where she now specializes. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic and "nose" for the deal continue to set her apart. Lisa is a respected member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and a former member of the New Jersey Board of Realtors where she served on the Legislative Action Committee. Prior to her career in real estate, Lisa was a Legislative Aide to a state senator and was appointed by the Governor of New Jersey to the NJ Division on Women where she served on the Childcare Advisory Council for two years. This fostered her interest in the arts and her support of statewide art education initiatives. In 2011, Lisa with her partner, Tony Spiridakis, co-founded the Manhattan Film Institute an advanced summer program for actors and directors in Greenport, New York In 2019, Lisa and Tony opened the Greenport Theater for a winter film series bringing life and vitality to the space for the first time in 20 years for which they were named the 2019 North Fork People of the Year. Lisa resides in Greenport full time and is the mother of four children. Her hobbies include snowboarding, boating, hiking and travel.
