Lisa Coleman, is a skillful negotiator who brings her clients the results they are looking for! She is licensed in Maryland. Lisa had worked in commercial real estate sales and leasing with Long and Foster Real Estate for a number of years. While at Long and Foster, Lisa was 2007 Commercial Agent of the Year in Maryland and the District of Columbia. She left in 2010 and rejoined in 2011. She is now with Long and Foster Real Estate Commercial Leasing and Investment Sales office in Ocean City, MD. The office is located in Ocean City Square Shopping Center, a premier, neighborhood service-oriented shopping center in the busy Coastal Highway. Lisa handles the leasing of Ocean City Square and had signed many notable retail and restaurant tenants since 2011.
Lisa’s expertise in Commercial Real Estate began in 1986 when she entered land development and sales for Castle in the Sand in the Outer Banks of North. In mid-2010, Lisa joined Thur and Associates as Vice President of Commercial Sales and Leasing representing numerous shopping centers located along the East Coast. Lisa worked on behalf of prospective tenants and landlords, completely knowledgeable of both sides of a lease transaction. Lisa sees commercial ventures and property acquisitions with the perspective of a business owner, having previously owned and managed her own retail ceramics studio in Gaithersburg, Maryland.She, therefore, empathizes and better understands the particular needs of the commercial real estate client, whether buying, selling or leasing. Lisa has also experience in marketing businesses-for-sale and commercial property management.
