Bio
As an award-winning business owner, Lisa knows the value of diligence, open communication with her clients, and strong negotiation to achieve the best possible result on time. Lisa brings over 25 years of experience in construction management in the Kansas City market to her real estate career. She has worked on commercial, residential, and multi-family projects, from vacant ground to Certificate of Occupancy. “Selling, purchasing, or building a home is an emotional experience for most clients. My role is to guide my clients through the process by providing them with the most objective and honest advice based on my professional experience as well as the most accurate market data. This helps my clients to make confident decisions throughout this emotional process."
Lisa’s experience allows her to help her clients see what a home is and what it can be! As your neighborhood specialist when selling your home, Lisa will help you price your home accurately to sell based on market data, stage your home for the strongest curb appeal, market your home to ensure maximum visibility to potential buyers across several forms of media, and secure the best price possible for your home. When you are buying a home, Lisa will help you identify homes with the best value for the dollar in the neighborhood or school district you desire, as well as schedule and attend your home’s inspection and negotiate your best purchase price. With access to thousands of homes through MLS, Lisa can drill down to find the homes that most closely match what you are looking for, saving you valuable time and money in the search for your next home. "My goal is to sell, find or build the home my clients desire in the timeliest manner and secure their purchase for the best possible price. I work diligently to achieve this goal for every client."
Over the years Lisa has also volunteered her time with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the PTA at her daughter’s school, and her Parish Finance Council and enjoys attempting to grow edible food and beautiful flowers in her community garden plots. Most of Lisa’s “free time” is spent supporting her daughter’s equestrian ambitions as a US Eventing Association Area IV competitor. “Eventing is the triathlon of equestrian sport. Riders compete in Dressage, Show Jumping, and Cross-Country at each show and the training seems endless. But I find great joy watching and supporting my daughter’s ambition - whether as a videographer, truck driver, stall mucker, or cheering Mom out on the course."
