Since officially joining the firm in 2003 after two years as an intern, Liron Nelik has managed real estate portfolios on behalf of multiple Fortune 500 companies both domestically and internationally and has led over 20 million square feet in transactions. As a partner of the Corporate Services Group (CSG), Liron advises his clients with an assortment of commercial real estate objectives such as lease renewals, consolidations, dispositions, relocations, expansions, early restructures, build-to-suit developments, sale leasebacks, and critical facilities (data centers). Liron’s dedication to his clients and his experience has given him a thorough understanding of how to utilize analysis to create leverage which delivers the most cost-effective and appropriate real estate solutions for each unique requirement. A core member of the Savills Los Angeles West office, Liron is responsible for transaction management, portfolio services, and client relations throughout the area and rest of the country. His effective communication skills and client-first mentality allow him to represent clients with zero conflict of interest and a full understanding of their short- and long-term business objectives, as well as their company values which will affect his approach to their commercial real estate counseling. Awards, Achievements and Activities Liron is a volunteer at the Children’s Institute, a nonprofit organization that provides services to children healing from the effects of family and community violence within Los Angeles’ most challenged neighborhoods. He is also an avid supporter of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, whose function is to perform, present, and promote music and the arts to a diverse audience.
