Bio
Ling is currently the Vice Chair of Commercial Services Network at the Ontario Real Estate Board. Ling began her real estate journey assisting a Residential team but when the pandemic began mandated lock-downs, Ling decided to utilise her time to enrol at the Ontario Real Estate College to obtain her own license. Graduating with an A+ average, she joined a brokerage, discovered the world of commercial real estate, and after a few moves and much consideration,
she decided to make her final move to Capworth Commercial Realty Brokerage Corporation. Ling aims to make exceptional advances in the world of commercial real estate.
Emigrating to Canada as a child, Ling has had the opportunity to travel to many developing countries in her adult life, giving her an appreciation for this spectacular country and its residents. She benefits from an Indian & Chinese heritage, and an abundance of experience communicating with uncommon ethnicities from her travels, accordingly; she can converse easily with non-native-English speakers. A proud woman of Asian heritage, Ling also embodies many of the social and ethical values that empower Canadians, and expresses them through hard work, integrity, and outstanding client relations. She has been an active member of her community (from participating in community events to organising her own charity fundraiser); she is tremendously grateful for the opportunity to turn that community focus towards commercial real estate, helping her beloved city to grow and bloom.
Having grown up in Ottawa, Ling studied Environmental Sciences at Carleton University and worked in Hospitality from a young age, giving her a strong focus on customer service and community which she was able to utilise and apply directly to her clients in the real estate industry. Passionate about commercial leasing and sales, Ling has continued to leverage her abilities and experiences and translate her knowledge to exceed her clients' expectations.
In her free time, Ling is an avid scuba diver and snowboarder who enjoys ATVing and camping in provincial parks. Spending time in nature with family and friends is never something Ling takes for granted, "I'm truly fortunate to live in Ottawa, a perfect mix of metropolitan city surrounded by such raw, beautiful, rugged nature!
