Sales Associate, a California Real Estate Licensee. I analyze properties, market them for maximum exposure, and deal with tenants and brokers during the course of filling vacancies. For several years, I familiarized myself with intricacies of real estate services prior to becoming fully involved as a Sales and Leasing Agent. I am a very enthusiastic and active worker, not afraid of exploring new uses for vacant spaces, and ready to be on the road at a moment’s notice to show spaces to prospects. I also work on property management matters as time permits, to help better understand Landlord - Tenant relations and negotiations. In the short time as a sales associate, I have negotiated several leases being mindful of property management details, and have evaluated properties for purchase by existing clients.
I engage actively in exploring Southern California’s music concerts, camps, parks and sand dunes; help with fundraisers at church with my mother, or with friends at med youth - related events. I have a very open and curious mind with a fascination for different cultures and traditions, whether at home or abroad. After exploring Europe’s several historic and cultural settings with my parents a couple of years ago, my 1st time visit to India expanded my appreciation of differences and commonalities of worlds vastly different and yet intrinsically connected!
