Linda has a passion for Real Estate that shows up in her professional and personal life. Many times, she has helped a failing transaction back to life by her willingness to go that extra mile. A quiet and comfortable conclusion is what she works for. Her attention to detail has been a great benefit to all involved in the Real Estate transaction, from fellow agents and lenders to appraisers and inspectors. The depth of knowledge she has accumulated makes what she does look easy for those with just a glimpse of her style. She gives herself generously to the Art of Real Estate. Professional Qualifications Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Negotiation Expert, BS Animal Science, Oregon State University. Linda Sioux Stenson has been a realtor since 1988. More than once she has heard other Realtors whisper: "That Linda Sioux Stenson sure is lucky - she just sold another house." Linda smiles. She knows that good luck is the result of HARD WORK. In fact, Linda's success is built on hard work and a dedication to superior service. Professional Experience Linda Sioux is known everywhere for using her dogs and her beloved Clydesdale horse in her advertising. Pick up an issue of "Homes and Land Magazine: and you will likely see "Graysea" and "Forrest" helping her illustrate an advertising theme. Being a horse owner gives Linda a special insight to rural properties, but she also has a talent for helping families find the perfect home in town. Community Involvement Linda is actively involved in her community, and she reaps the reward of quiet volunteerism. Her passions follow her heart, and over the years she has been an enthusiastic participant in Larimer County Partners, Newspapers in Education. A charter member (1988) of Thompson Valley Rotary, Habitat for Humanity, Bunco, Wild Wednesday Women, POPS, Hearts and Horses, Children's Advocate for Alternatives to Violence Program, and Larimer Animal People Partnership (LAPP). She has been volunteering with Greysea, the Newfoundland, at hospitals, Alzheimer's units, universities, at Veterans gatherings and other environments since 2001. Linda also is certified to evaluate Therapy dogs. Personal Data Linda grew up in the Chicago suburbs, but it didn't take long to realize she loved animals, the outdoors, and especially the mountains. She went west for her education and managed dairies and beef ranches while working towards her Bachelor of Science degree at Oregon State University. After graduation, she came to Northern Colorado and has been a grateful member of our community since 1985. Because Linda enjoys people, she listens to their dreams as well as their needs. Her clients say she has a real talent for helping them accomplish their goals. As a result, she has helped hundreds of families in Northern Colorado find the perfect home. Whether buying, selling, or just looking for good, solid advice on real estate, Linda has the answers. Let Linda show you why people say, "Linda Sioux has a sense of humor, but more important, she also has a sense of Real Estate."
