Before going into Real Estate, Linda Mask gained experience from working for 15 years in a family business doing re-evaluations of city and county government in Oklahoma and Michigan for tax purposes. She is a former First Deputy for the Comanche County Assessor’s Office for three years, where she worked with re-evaluation of local residential and commercial properties for tax purposes. Linda began her Real Estate career in the residential field and joined Johnny Owens Commercial Properties, Inc. in 1993. In February 2020, JOCPI merged with Cummins-Setters Commercial Partners, LLC where Linda still partners with Johnny Owens. Linda attended Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. Linda served on the Lawton Fort Sill Board of Realtors for several years and is a past president of that board. Linda is a member of Mountain Metro Chapter of AMBUCS, since 1990, serving as a Board Member, Sergeant of Arms, Vice President, President, Big Hat President, District Governor, Regional Big Hat President and National Big Hat President. Linda’s family comes first, and her interests include being with friends, arts of all kinds, traveling, and shopping. Linda served as a board member of the Lawton Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce and Industry and remains very active in the Lawton-Fort Sill community and with her community service work. She was chosen as Comanche County Woman of the year for 2008 and belongs to Centenary United Methodist Church. Linda specializes in sales, leasing and property management, overseeing several management properties. She has been successful in helping to place many businesses over the years, such as Citi Trends, Goodwill Industries, Batteries Plus, Kobe’s, S & B Burgers, Ocean Dental, USA Discounters, Lockheed Martin, Texas Roadhouse, and has sold several shopping centers to include the recent sale of Central Mall in downtown Lawton.
