Prior to joining Radius, Linda Hagelis owned and operated her own commercial real estate brokerage, Hagelis Group, in Ventura for nine years. In 2016 the company was acquired by Radius and became Radius • Hagelis Retail Advisors. Linda was previously senior vice president at Colliers International Ventura County.
Being one of just a few women specializing in retail commercial real estate, Linda is a 25-year veteran in leasing and marketing of new retail developments, repositioning of existing retail properties, tenant representation and servicing retail property owners throughout the Tri-Counties.
One of her prominent projects is the Camarillo Premium Outlets restaurant pads owned by Simon Properties, the world’s largest shopping center mall owner. Other current projects include the 500,000 square foot regional power center, Shopping At The Rose in Oxnard, the Oxnard Market Place and Ventura Village.
Previous notable projects include the procurement of Whole Foods, REI, Bank of America and several restaurants at the Collection at RiverPark in West Ventura County; the redevelopment of the 45-acre Esplanade Shopping Mall; Simi Valley Town Center; the redevelopment of Carriage Square Shopping Center in Oxnard (anchored by Lowe’s); The Shops at Lowe’s in Ventura; Camarillo Town Center and the Courtyard at the Financial Plaza in Oxnard.
Linda is a proud and dedicated member of the Alzheimer’s Association. For the last four years she has been a part of the top-ranked fundraising walking team for the Conejo Thousand Oaks Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association as well as a strong supporter and sponsor of the new Alzheimer’s Woman’s Initiative in Santa Barbara and Ventura.
The Pacific Coast Business Times has named Linda one of the Top 50 Women in Business seven times.
