Lin became a partner of Insignia PMG in 2008 after spending several years as a commercial real estate broker. Her career began with Colliers International in Downtown Los Angeles, where she developed an expertise in Tenant Representation and Investment Properties in the greater Los Angeles market. Later, she joined MacVaugh & Co. Commercial Real Estate and expanded her brokerage services to Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley. Lin has negotiated many deals that would not have been possible without her persistence and skill. Her extensive experience working with both tenants and landlords has allowed her to refine and develop her keen business sense while satisfying the unique and challenging requirements she has been presented with. Her persistence and willingness to advocate on behalf of her clients has allowed her to find the perfect solutions for both small non-profit organizations and high powered law firms.
Lin’s focus at Insignia PMG is property management. She strives to offer each client superb and timely service. Lin advises her clients according to their particular business needs and objectives. Her strong background in customer service and skill in the art of negotiation allows her to consistently exceed her client’s expectations. Lin thrives on achieving her client’s best interest in every transaction.
Lin received her degree in Business Marketing from California State University, Northridge. She is a member of the AIR Commercial Real Estate Association and speaks fluent Chinese.
