Liam Stagg joined Stream San Antonio in 2015 and now serves as Managing Director of Development & Construction. He brings over 30 years of project experience and is responsible for the due diligence, budgeting, planning, and construction of all development projects and property acquisitions. He also oversees the coordination of estimates/bids, project planning, and all related aspects of interior finish-outs, tenant improvements, capital repairs, exterior modifications, and remodels for the Stream San Antonio market. Additionally, he is responsible for new business development and creating a profitable business unit with a sustainable and competitive advantage.
Prior to joining Stream, Liam coordinated construction projects such as new building development, tenant improvements, new facilities, and capital projects at existing buildings for LJS Project Management & Consulting, LLC, and REOC Development. He was also the Project Manager for architectural services on several building types for Rehler, Vaughn & Koone, Inc., and Morton Homes, Inc.
