LeRoy McEntire is a commercial broker for ARC Realty with forty years of career experience working with large companies and property owners to buy, sell, and lease commercial property. He has been an independent partner in developing and leasing shopping centers, office buildings and residential developments throughout his career. He currently has independent listings throughout central Alabama and has represented several national merchants and restaurants in finding locations across the Southeast.
Prior to ARC, LeRoy was a commercial broker for ALFA Realty for five years and represented ALFA Properties in a variety of transactions from shopping centers to Alfa Service centers, industrial property, office space and development properties. Alfa Properties remains a major client for LeRoy and ARC Realty.
LeRoy has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for over thirty-five years. He has served as a teacher at the University of Shopping Centers and a program director for the Gulf South Idea Exchange. He is a member of the Alabama Commercial Real Estate Council and the Montgomery Commercial Real Estate Club. He attends RECON (Spring Shopping Center Convention) and the Southeast Shopping Center Convention each year.
