Leonard Wood is Senior Managing Director of the Southeast Division of Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings. He is responsible for leading TCR’s multifamily development business in Southeast region with oversight in the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Carolinas regions. He began his career with Crow Holdings Capital, where he handled asset management and acquisition of multifamily, retail, and office properties.
In the interim, Leonard served as Director of Wood Partners’ Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing development in Washington D.C., Virginia, and Maryland. He has been involved in the financing and development of more than 12,000 multifamily units and 300,000 square feet of commercial space with a total capitalization in excess of $2 billion.
Leonard holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina. He is a member of the University of North Carolina Board of Visitors and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Lovett School.
