Leonard Way joined The Beach Company in 1998. His career began as a commercial relationship manager for NationsBank after graduating from Georgetown University. After five years of banking, he earned a Master of Science degree from Georgia State University. In his 23+ years with The Beach Company, Leonard has worked as a financial analyst, development manager, director for property management and commercial brokerage departments, built and directed the asset management department, and has coordinated acquisitions and dispositions for the majority of the company’s properties.
In his role as Fund Manager for Beach Real Estate Funds, Leonard oversees all Fund operations including acquisitions, asset management, equity raise, and investor relations. Additionally, he coordinates the legal, finance and accounting efforts for the Fund.
