Leo Liakatas, as a veteran commercial real estate broker, has been a consistent top producer for over a decade throughout the Chicagoland area. The formidable years of his career were spent within a highly respected Chicago area firm where he quickly arose as a skilled and passionate agent within the commercial brokerage. After several years continually as the top producer within the brokerage firm and exhibiting leadership qualities, Liakatas spearheaded the development of a specialized department dedicated to the sales of commercial condominiums. A branch which began with less than 200,000 square feet of marketing assignments, under the guidance of Liakatas, grew to nearly 3 million square feet. With the successful marketing and sales of this branch, they became known as one of the largest commercial condominium brokerage firms in the country. The strategic marketing of these commercial condos and the successes of their developers spread throughout the Chicagoland commercial real estate community. It wasn't long before many of the firm’s largest competitors were outsourcing the sales and marketing of their commercial condominiums to Liakatas and his department of specialists. His success within the commercial condominium market was achieved all while simultaneously maintaining his portfolio of clientele within the leasing and sales of retail, industrial, office, land and investment properties. July of 2010, having reached the highest levels within that firm, Liakatas resigned his position of Vice President and Director and formed Landmark Partners Commercial Real Estate.
