Leneiva Head, Principal Broker/Owner is a native of Nashville, TN. She has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2001. Following her passion for real estate and excellent customer service, she has become a successful and sought-after REALTOR®. In March 2009, she opened the doors to Welcome Home Realty™. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Management & Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University as well as an associate degree in Business Management. She has taken almost four hundred hours of continuing education to remain on the cutting edge in the industry. She currently serves on the Court of Arbitration. She previously served on the Education, Legislative, and Affordable Housing committees. She enjoys giving back to the community through volunteering. She is a New Level Community Development Corporation Board Member and First Time Home Buyer Class Facilitator. She is also a local Church Ministry Leader and volunteers for The American Cancer Society Relay for Life as the finance chair.
