Leilani Rosenblatt has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004. She started her career specializing as a buyer's agent for residential investors with as much as 9 to 12 open escrows in a month assisting her broker. Rookie of the Year in real estate sales. Her current focus is helping first-time home buyers, investors buying duplex/triplex/fourplex and commercial mini-storage/RV storage investments.
Later in her career, she managed residential rental properties from single family homes to multi-unit properties from North to East Sacramento, Elk Grove, Galt, Lodi, Roseville, Folsom, El Dorado Hills and the surrounding neighborhoods. Property management has been her focus for over a decade helping investors maximize their returns and providing cost effective measures in maintaining their investment properties while tenants live in quality homes. She handled inspections required by the city/county, leasing, maintenance/repair and move outs. She ensures that homes are in compliance and well maintained by owners, and safe and habitable for residents.
As much as she loves real estate, her inspiration is her family. She enjoys hanging out with them when not out helping clients. From watching movies and popcorn, bicycling, camping or traveling all over with her husband, three young children and their mixed Lab and Chiweenie dogs. In addition, church and the community keeps her occupied with volunteer work while practicing yoga in between.
