As Vice President of Leasing at FD Stonewater, Leigh Anna brings over two decades of commercial real estate experience, offering a wealth of expertise to the owner representative/advisory leasing and development platforms. She plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through federal real estate policy, processes, and evaluation practices. Prior to her tenure at FD Stonewater, Leigh Anna served as a Senior Transaction Manager for CBRE on the GSA National Brokerage Contract team, successfully completing more than 145 federal transactions encompassing over 4 million square feet. With additional proficiency in marketing and underwriting acquisition and development projects for financing opportunities, Leigh Anna resides in Richmond, Virginia, where she enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her husband, son, daughter, and two sheepdogs.
