Lee Marsha joined Wilson Kibler, South Carolina’s exclusive Newmark Grubb Knight Frank affiliate, in 2015, bringing vast experience in all areas of commercial real estate. Previously serving as managing director and Broker-in-Charge for two international firms: CBRE and Coldwell Banker Commercial, he recruited, trained and managed a number of currently active, top producing agents in Columbia, S.C.
Mr. Marsha is a senior broker and consultant. He has traveled extensively, which has helped him forge relationships and build a network beneficial to his clients. For nearly thirty years, Lee has represented, served, and advised tenants, buyers, landlords and sellers from around the world.
