Lee is a native of Gainesville / Hall County, Georgia with family roots in Hall County going back to 1802. Lee is an alumnus of Virginia’s Hampden-Sydney College and has been active in commercial real estate in Northeast Georgia since 1997. As a recipient of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations, Lee focuses on industrial, office, and investment properties in Northeast Georgia. He is a multi-million dollar producer, is a member of the Georgia CCIM Chapter and the International CCIM Institute, a member of the Georgia SIOR Chapter, and is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors where he is annually recognized as one of the highest producing brokers in the region. Lee also owns and manages residential and commercial properties. Lee is secretary of the Healan’s-Head’s Mill Trust for Historic Preservation, member of the Gainesville Rotary Club, and board member of The Hospital Authority of Hall County. Lee is a Leadership Georgia alumnus, past president of the Gainesville Rotary Club, past board chairman of the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, past chairman of the board of the Georgia Mountains YMCA, past board member of Lakeview Academy, and member and supporter of the Hall County Soil and Water Conservation District. Lee is an Eagle Scout and has been active in various roles with Boy Scouts of America serving a few years as Scoutmaster. Lee has been active with many other boards of directors and organizations in Hall County including Northeast Georgia Speech Center, Northeast Georgia Medical Center Foundation, Georgia Mountain Food Bank, University of North Georgia, Brenau University, Friends of Don Carter State Park, Georgia CCIM Board of Directors, Gainesville / Hall County Trust for Historic Preservation, Greater Hall Chamber’s Vision 2030 board, and Hampden-Sydney College. Lee also owns a heritage breed hog farm and supplies a number of regional establishments with locally raised pork products. Lee, his wife Beth, and his children live on their family farm in East Hall County.
