Specializing in all types of commercial property. My biggest niche is working with Car Collectors and finding or selling their mancave. It could be in a gated car community or a stand alone industrial building. This market keeps me busy. I can relate as I have a Car Condo filled with cars and the passion for the hobby. Other Industrial, small city Downtowns, office buildings, big land parcels and Strip Centers are some other types I specialize in as well.
