Lee Ann Rosenblum specializes in expanding national retail and restaurant concepts. Since joining Epsteen & Associates in 2003, she has contributed to the growth and development of companies such as Starbucks Coffee Company, Jamba Juice, Michaels, Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, Dollar General, Pacific Dental, Sally Beauty Supply, GNC, The Habit Burger, Luna Grill and Baskin Robbins. Lee Ann entered the Commercial Real Estate industry in 1997 as a Broker for FJ and L Investments, a national brokerage firm that specializes in REO properties, shopping center development, tenant representation and lease procurement for national tenants such as The Home Depot, AMC Theatres and Publix Super Markets. She is an alumni of the Warrington School of Business at the University of Florida, where she majored in Finance. She was awarded the Gold Seal Scholarship and W.B. Ashmore Scholarship for academic achievement and civic leadership. She was a member of the Accent Finance Committee, Gator Growl, the Pan-Hellenic Scholarship Board and Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority. She received her MBA from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University, where she was awarded the George L. Graziadio Academic Scholarship.
