LeAnn Hume is an Executive Director and Principal with Summit Commercial Real Estate Group specializing in Retail & Capital Markets focusing on retail transactions in Idaho as well as surrounding markets.
LeAnn began her career in March of 1998 to help start the fuel center department within the Albertsons real estate department where she handled 5 states and negotiated dozens of new fuel center deals over a 4 year period.
She continued her career with Movie Gallery as a Real Estate Manager handling 5 western states including Utah, California and Nevada. LeAnn opened 18 stores in her first 18 months at Movie Gallery.
In 2006, having successfully navigated both the Landlord and the Tenant side of the business, LeAnn began her commercial brokerage career and founded the Cushman & Wakefield office in Boise in 2012. LeAnn served as the managing director, designated broker and top producer until her departure in January of 2024 to start Summitt Commercial Real Estate Group with her amazing partners, Andrea Nilson and Julie Kissler.
An Idaho native, LeAnn enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, visiting McCall and golfing in the summer.
