As Vice President of Leasing, Leah is responsible for the leasing and marketing of approximately 2 million square feet of office product to include The Plaza (formerly Resurgens), One Glenlake, Piedmont Center 14, Powers Ferry Landing, Overlook II and Northridge Center.
She brings more than 9 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in Atlanta. She has completed more than 200 lease transactions over her career totaling in excess of 700,000 square feet with highly recognized companies such as United Healthcare, ADP, Herman Miller, 1-800-Flowers, BB&T, Hitachi, GE Capital, Intel Corporation, General Electric, Edward D. Jones, & AFLAC.
Prior to joining PMRG, Ms. Yzerman was Leasing Associate at Eola Capital for five years where she was responsible for the marketing and leasing of assets in the Peachtree Corners, North Fulton and Northwest submarkets.
In 2011, Eola Capital merged with Parkway Properties. Ms. Yzerman was responsible for Parkway’s suburban owned assets such as 2 Ravinia, Meridian, Lakewood II and Waterstone and continued to work on third party assets for Eola.
Ms. Yzerman has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and received the highly coveted CCIM designation in 2011. She is an active member of ACBR and NAIOP and has been recognized by both organizations as a Million Dollar Club member.
Out of almost 40 top-notch applicants, Ms. Yzerman was one of the 13 members selected to participate in the 2009 NAIOP Future Leaders Class.
