Layne was born and raised in Las Vegas and has a deep knowledge of the market and companies operating here. Specializing in Industrial assets, he excels in using his skill sets to support his clients’ specific needs. Positioned at SVN The Equity Group, having learned the ins and outs of Industrial Commercial Real Estate, he can provide guidance as to the current market and future growth trends at both a micro and macro level. His knowledge of the market, combined with his consistent evaluations of properties for his clients using economical cost benefit analysis allows him to create a lasting advisory relationship with those same clients. Having went to college at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Layne continues to use his learnings as a foundation for continued growth in the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
Prior to his career in Commercial Real Estate, he spent nearly a decade in the hospitality industry working with the biggest industry leaders such as MGM International, Caesars Entertainment, and Wynn Resorts. Bringing with him the 5-star qualities from each company he’s worked with, Layne is able to provide a higher level of dedication, service, and attention to detail for his clients.
