Larry is 35 year veteran of the Kentucky and Southern Indiana industrial real estate brokerage business. Having worked with Steve Gault in the 1980's, he accepted the invitation to join the firm.
He has expertise in the sale and leasing of industrial properties, including warehouse, manufacturing and flex space. Larry has also been active in tenant and buyer representation over the years.
His community involvement includes service as a board member and past president of Family & Children First, the Commercial/Industrial and the Government Affairs Committees of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors; Habitat for Humanity; and active membership in St. Francis In the Fields Episcopal Church.
Larry received the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors Commercial Realtor of the Year award in 2008.
