I also have the designation as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) prepare property management plans, leasing, commercial management, management of real estate as an investment, budgeting, cash flow analysis, marketing and leasing analysis, and site location analysis. Having experience in property/asset management, leasing, commercial real estate investment, property appraisal, financial analysis, construction management, and placing construction and permanent financing.
