Bio
Lauryn joined Dart Retail as the Operations Manager in the summer of 2022.
She currently provides office administrative support to the Dart Retail team and is responsible for overseeing operational activities at every level of the organization. Her duties include technology and systems training for all employees, managing quality assurance, strategizing process development and improvement to ensure everyone completes all tasks on schedule, and account, facilities, and marketing management for the Dart Retail team.
Lauryn has over 20+ years of experience in management, customer support, employee training and relations, sales, and escalated investigations. She is also skilled in data entry and project management. Lauryn excels in employee mediation and engagement.
Lauryn’s outside interests include reading any and everything under the sun especially on a beach, traveling, and cooking. Lauryn holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and Management degree from Strayer University.
