Laurie West was born and raised in East Atlantic Beach. She graduated from Long Beach High School then graduated from State University at Oneonta and finished her studies to sit for the CPA at LIU. When she realized sitting down and crunching numbers every day was not an exciting day for her, so she decided to change fields. Laurie started training people one on one in strength training and teaching yoga for peace of mind and decided to try and help people fulfill their dreams of becoming investors and/or first-time homebuyers. Currently, she quasi-manages 24 properties. Many of her clients are not local and rely on me to flip a rental. This involves having it cleaned out, making any necessary repairs, painting, plumbing, electric, advertising, screening (credit, employment history, and references). Her job doesn't stop there, the tenant normally reaches out to me with any issues. This allows her clients to make money without the headache.
