Bio
With 40 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, Larry’s list of clients has included all of the major LTL motor freight carriers, as well as truckload, regional and local carriers. He has represented many motor freight carriers with their respective expansions in the northeast. His expertise has been called upon by trucking companies, investment companies and developers to consult and advise on site selection, feasibility studies, facility design and valuation analysis and disposition. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Larry served as a Vice President and Broker of Record at Weintraub, Casey, Zurkow & Max, Inc. Specializing in truck terminal and transportation-related real estate, Larry handled hundreds of industrial real estate transactions, most of which involved sales and leasing of truck terminal facilities throughout the northeastern United States. Casey’s expertise with these specialized properties has led trucking companies, investment companies and banks to engage him for multi-state and regional projects ranging from analysis and valuation of terminal portfolios to assisting with the assemblage of terminal networks, to the disposition of multi-property portfolios. Additionally, Casey has been involved with the valuation, marketing, negotiating and disposition of fee owned and leasehold property portfolios for various districts of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of companies such as Cooper-Jarrett, Inc., Branch Motor Express Co., Maislin Transport, St. Johnsbury Trucking Co., Inc., Preston Trucking Co. and Consolidated Freightways, Inc. Having a thorough understanding of today's complex transportation and logistical challenges, Casey is able to provide knowledgeable insight and direction to logistics and distribution companies through their facility selection process.
