Mr. Briody joined CBRE in 1996. He is one of a few LEED Accredited Professionals in CBRE’s New York brokerage—an asset that gives him uncommon insight into the “green” requirements of his clients. In the course of his career, he has been CBRE’s Top Associate and a recipient of the Chairman’s Award.
