Bio
Lauren Vasquez serves as Field Research Manager for CBRE Research and has 15+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She leads Field Research for both Dallas/Fort Worth and Oklahoma, with a focus on office research practices across the South Central Division.
Lauren engages in client-facing interactions and presents value-add information to both internal and external business partners, while also playing an active role in new hire orientations and ongoing training as she familiarizes local and regional professionals with the Research platform. She has also contributed to thought leadership research among all commercial property sectors throughout South Central, with involvement in focused publications and broker/client touch points.
Lauren serves as Chef Chair for Chefs Showcase, the premier philanthropic event hosted annually by CBRE’s Dallas office, which benefits Camp John Marc. Additionally, she is an Ethics and Compliance (E&C) Ambassador for her regional team, helping to promote the company’s core values and raise awareness of E&C best practices.
Lauren graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
