Ms. McGee is a prolific commercial real estate agent specializing in new developments, redevelopments, and existing projects throughout South Florida with owners and investors looking to identify and/or optimize their overall asset value with creative and innovative strategies for repositioning and rebranding projects. On the other side, she works hand-in-hand with Tenants and business owners to analyze markets and pinpoint the right locations for their successful operations and further expansion.
Lauren began her Real Estate career at Marcus & Millichap, working with some of the nation's top producers, transacting hundreds of millions of dollars in sales.
After cutting her teeth in Investment sales and seller representation, Ms. McGee's interests shifted to development. A native South Florida visionary, she joined forces with Diversified Companies in Fort Lauderdale as Manager of Real Estate Development & Aviation Divisions, working on numerous specialty, retail and mixed-use development and redevelopment projects throughout Broward County. In 2016, alone, Lauren had effectuated over $7 Million in retail leases with Tenants like MD Now, UPS Store, Aroma Joe's, Enterprise Rental Car, My Salon Suites, Beehive Kitchen, Lee Nails and Brooklyn Water Bagel.
Her experience in site selection, property management, design, development, marketing, business development, prospecting, sales and leasing; her deep-rooted knowledge of the South Florida Markets; and her emphasis on cultivating strong, solid relationships with her peers, clients, neighbors and colleagues makes Lauren a dynamic and valuable ally to have in your corner.
Native to Broward County, Lauren is a resident and ambassador for the City of Pompano Beach, directing her involvement to local government and community redevelopment projects. Lauren's development projects currently range from Palm Beach County through Monroe County in the Florida Keys.

Background:
At her previous firm, Diversified Companies, Lauren McGee was the Manager of their Real Estate Development and Aviation Divisions. Ms. McGee’s primary focus was on both retail and Aviation development projects and properties throughout the South Florida area. In her position as Manager, Lauren’s responsibilities ranged from feasibility studies and financially underwriting prospective acquisitions to leasing, marketing, property management, government and client relations.
Prior to joining Diversified Companies, Lauren began her professional career working in Conference Services for The Breakers in Palm Beach. Then in 2011, she earned her real estate license and was hired immediately by Samantha DeBianchi of DeBianchi Real Estate in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Her interests in commercial real estate lead her to Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. Originally joining the company as an independent agent, she was quickly selected began working internally with Doug Mandel of The Mandel Group of Marcus & Millichap. As the team’s Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Manager, she had the opportunity to work alongside one of the firm’s top producing national agents for Office, Industrial and Retail product types.
Lauren is also heavily involved in multiple charitable organizations around South Florida, including the Boys and Girls Club of Broward County, Handy, 100 Women Who Care, The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, The Bonnet House Alliance, and Mermaid Bowl, benefiting different charities annually, which she co-founded in 2010.
