Lauren Landavazo joined SVN®/Walt Arnold Commercial Brokerage Inc, in 2020 as the Director of Marketing, bringing more than 15 years of experience in outside sales, marketing, event planning, and customer service, within the Albuquerque market. In this role, she oversees and develops marketing strategies to create campaigns, build brand awareness, and support sales efforts to further the financial goals of the company. In 2022, Lauren received her Real Estate License and will begin transitioning into an Advisor role while continuing to contribute to the company's marketing efforts. Her long-term career goal is to fully transition into the role of a full-time Advisor role in commercial real estate. With more than 15 years of experience in the service industry and two years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients. When she's off the clock, Lauren devotes all her free time to her daughter and husband. As a family, they enjoy the outdoors and you will often find them boating at Elephant Butte Lake, going on outdoor adventures in Chama, N.M., their home away from home, or traveling.
