Ms. Green joined the Company in May 2012 and has been serving as In-House Counsel since 2013. She is responsible for overseeing the disposition process of the Company’s legacy assets. Additionally, Ms. Green assists in completing acquisition transactions, interfacing directly with members of the executive team, outside counsel, and business unit heads. Ms. Green received her law degree from the University Of Nebraska College Of Law in 2010.
