Originally from Atlanta, GA, Laura Shy moved to Oakland 12 years ago where she began working in property management by taking on administration, maintenance coordination, and leasing duties for Myerhoff and Associates in 2014. She earned her NAA Certified Apartment Manager certification and her California Real Estate License.
Her keen organizational skills, high level of customer service, and friendly demeanor make her an excellent liaison between owners and contractors, as well as prospective and current tenants. She helps owners maximize the value of their properties by seeing the property through a renter’s eyes.
