Laura founded LiveWork Denver to help creative people build wealth through buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Her passion for real estate came by chance (or perhaps fate): After building the partner group to purchase the church at 1080 Acoma, converting it to a theater, and then directing its early programming, Laura realized the transformative power of aligning the artistic and entrepreneurial communities with real estate. A working artist and entrepreneur herself, she is deeply rooted in these communities—an asset when it comes to navigating Denver’s ever-changing real estate market to find the kinds of properties her clients need. She is well-versed in both commercial and residential real estate, with special interest in live/work spaces, unique locations, and co-housing development.
