Laura Bartos leads asset management for the LEO Impact Capital portfolio, where she manages over 2,800 units and works on underwriting and closing new investments for the platform. Prior to JBG SMITH, Laura was in the senior living and medical office investment team at Welltower (NYSE: WELL). Laura earned a B.A. in Sociology and Public Health from Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from UNC Kenan-Flagler. She is also an alumna of the Teach for America Program.
