Larson Leu is a member of the Retail Services Division in Honolulu. Larson started his real estate career in residential real estate and was exposed to commercial real estate through his family’s businesses. He gravitated to commercial brokerage which matched his business acumen and passion to maintain business innovation and sustainability for the future of Hawaii. His passion to work with all varieties of businesses while understanding and empathizing their needs are exemplified from his personal experiences. Larson prioritizes the clients’ and team’s interest above all else. His transparency, trustworthy decision making, and creative problem solving allows Larson to preserve his deep-rooted family and community relationships while growing new ones.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Larson has developed a strong local network which he expanded when he attended the University of San Francisco. Prior to joining Colliers Hawaii, Larson worked as an IT support consultant and started his own business in 2015. In his current position with Colliers, Larson continues to pursue his passion of helping others with a keen focus on retail businesses.
