Mr. Mathena has over twenty-two (22) years of experience in the fields of law, finance, and taxation. Mr. Mathena practiced as a private attorney for almost four (4) years before joining CT and has worked extensively in the areas of acquisitions, dispositions, private offerings, partnerships, joint ventures, and tax planning. He has been CT's attorney since its formation in 1994 and has directly handled all corporate and partnership syndication activities of CT. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Mathena worked with the “Big Six” accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand specializing in taxation. Mr. Mathena received a BBA from Pennsylvania State University and his JD from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a licensed attorney in the states of California, Pennsylvania, and Texas, and a Pennsylvania CPA.
