Mr. LoCascio has over 30 years of experience in all disciplines of commercial real estate management specializing in Class A high-rise office product in markets across the country. His foundation in commercial real estate was built from holding senior level positions within the public and private held companies such as Oxford Properties (Denver), Galbreath, JLL, CBRE (Cleveland), Eola Capital and Parkway Properties (Orlando). He brings a strong blend of leasing, operations, new business development and national portfolio management. He is a graduate of St. Xavier College in Chicago and holds a Florida Real Estate License, He’s achieved his RPA, CPM and CCIM designations, and is a former president of IREM Chapter 41 Cleveland.
