Bio
Larry began his commercial real estate career when he joined Preferred Real Estate Investments in 1996. Larry became a partner at Preferred at the age of 28 and was tasked with establishing a Preferred presence in New Jersey. He was responsible for opening the New Jersey office; recruiting all the sales and support personnel to staff that office; and directing the day to day activities in New Jersey. Under Larry’s leadership, the New Jersey team was responsible for the acquisition, development and sale of millions of square feet of commercial space. Larry started The Arlington Group with Rick in 2010.
