As CEO, Larry leads a talented team of professionals who are committed to meeting the real estate needs of their customers with excellence and humility.
Larry graduated from Vanguard University with a business degree and later earned his Master’s degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management. Before entering into commercial real estate 30 years ago, he started his career in Washington, DC as Personal Liaison and Legislative Aide for then United States Senator David Durenberger.
Outside of the office, Larry participates as a board member of the Marvin Buzz Oates Charitable Foundation, Five Star Bank, Vanguard University Trustees, Teichert Corporation and the Greater Sacramento Economic Council, as well as being an active member of NAIOP, ULI, and Lambda Alpha International.
Larry lives in Folsom with his terrific wife of over 30 years. He loves sports, the outdoors and almost anything to do with Kansas City (his hometown).
