Lara Gastright, a Texas native, grew up in San Antonio and spent her early 20s in Austin and the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. With a robust background spanning 9 years in commercial real estate development, property management, and construction, Lara brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to her clients. Her diverse experience equips her with a keen eye for identifying prime investment opportunities, strategic planning skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics, all of which she leverages to maximize client returns.
Lara earned a Bachelor’s degree in Music Business from The University of Texas at Arlington. She honed her business management skills working for Live Nation Entertainment, gaining invaluable experience in contracts and negotiations. Transitioning to a role as a legal assistant, she spent over 5 years working in contracts, deeds, title work, and property due diligence. This legal expertise provides her with unique insights into the intricacies of commercial real estate transactions, ensuring thorough and meticulous service for her clients.
